It is important to have a timeline and follow it to the letter. Make space each day in your exercise agenda, just as if you were paying for the class or the gym. This is in order to make you feel a little guilty and want to exercise your body. It is a way to really work out the whole plan, because sooner or later it will end up winning the TV, food and computer before the fitness plan.

The good thing about exercise at home is that you have multiple ways to do it, and you can choose the one that best suits you.
By this I mean, that if you buy an exercise plan whose classes come on CD, you would only need a space where you can move easily and a television or computer nearby to be able to watch the video as you do the exercises.
If you want to exercise on machines, then you must rent or buy one to have it at home. Sometimes it is usually a good investment if you are really going to take advantage of what it implies to have it, since it would be terrible to abandon it and use it as a clothing line.
